Patient Administration Division services include medical evaluation board processing, line-of-duty intitiation, U.S. Army Reserve and National Guard liaison assistance, International Military Liaison support, allergy tag creation, convalescent leave processing, permanent profile tracking, patient registrations, medical records copying, third-party insurance collections, billing, coding and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act compliance.
Soldier's Medical Evaluation Board Counsel is located in the Patient Administration Division. The office provides legal assistance to Soldiers going through the Medical Evaluation Board process.
Medical Records are kept confidential at the military treatment facility. Only medical personnel who have a direct role in patient care have access to these files.
